Coffee mills do a wonderful job, but we prefer to do all of the processing and packaging procedures ourselves. This is to insure the quality of our products as we can carefully control at each step.
Though we have great respect for traditional methods used by kona coffee growers for generations, we have carefully utilized technology to make our processes more efficient and environment-friendly. For one, our coffee dryer uses dehydration to dry the beans rather than diesel fuel. Our pulping machines use almost no water to reduce pollution. Our coffee roasting is controlled by microprocessors so that each roast is exact and perfect.
